What is my PIN?

If your account is current, your PIN will be the last four digits of your phone number.  If your library account is expired or needs updating, please come in or call one of the libraries below and we’d be happy to assist you with getting your account back to normal.

How do I renew my checked-out items?

There are several ways to renew checked-out items:

Please be aware that some items cannot be renewed, for instance if an item has been placed on hold by someone.

Are there any job openings at the libraries?

Our job openings are listed on the County’s webpage, along with other employment opportunities with the County.  Job applications are submitted through the same webpage.

Does the Library have a fax machine?

While the library does not a fax machine, we do have a scanner that is free to use.  The stores listed below do provide a fax service:

Does the Library provide notary services?

A notary public is available at both the Goldsboro and Steele Memorial Libraries.  Please call to make an appointment:
