The Plotter Printer located at the Steele Memorial Library in Mount Olive is available for printing by patrons. Printing is conducted by library staff. Please follow the procedures below to request files be printed.
Plotter Printer Procedures
- The plotter printer prints only on 36” wide paper, and maximum length is 10 feet.
- Files must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Other file types must be converted to one of these formats prior to requesting your print job. Please make sure your document is ready for printing when you send it to us.
- The library staff is not responsible for typos or other content errors. The library is not responsible for any mistakes that may be printed due to the submitted design. The library may reprint a poster at no cost to the patron if the library is at fault (i.e. ink or paper issues).
- All printing is conducted by library staff.
- To request a print job, please fill out the print request form below.
- Please pay attention to copyright law when selecting a file to print. If you are not the creator of the image or if the image is not copyright free, you must not resell it or use it for financial gain.
- The original file size will affect print quality. Save images/files in as large a format as possible.
- Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Patrons will be contacted when your posters are ready for pickup.
- The cost of a print job is $8/linear foot. Payment must be made when prints are picked up; the library will not release prints without payment.
- The library will format the print to accrue the least amount of cost for the patron.
- The library reserves the right to refuse any print job.
