TAB is a volunteer program that provides teens with an opportunity to have a say in what happens in the teen sections of each library location. Members suggest ideas for teen programming and help organize teen events, help create displays of teen-interest books, and offer suggestions on books, comics, and manga. Teens can gain leadership and teamwork skills, make a difference in the library, and add to their college applications. Meetings at the Goldsboro Library are held once per month from September through May. Members must have transportation to and from the library and have permission from their parents.
