This program is a celebration of the new publication, Crossing the Rift: North Carolina Poets on 9/11 and Its Aftermath. This anthology features over 100 poets from all over the state selected by editors Joseph Bathanti and David Portorti.

A selection of poems will be read by Eastern NC poets such as Shelby Stephenson of Benson, Lenard D. Moore, Tom Heffernan of St. Andrews College, and Margaret Booth Baddour of Goldsboro.

Books for purchase and free refreshments will be provided. This is a free program. No registration required.
