Past Classes
Quilting
Learn to quilt a table runner, table topper, and/or mug rug from teaching artist, Cathy Blow. With a focus on American patchwork, she will teach participants nine patch patterns by hand- and machine-quilting and will instruct students on how to make a 9 patch disappear into another design. In addition to machine piecing something to quilt, instructions will include how to quilt in your lap with quilt-as-you-go block assembly. There will also be an old fashion floor frame for learning to quilt with a frame just like the old fashion quilting bee!

Introduction to Photography
In this hands-on course, participants will learn to master a DSLR or mirrorless camera using manual settings, unlocking their creative potential. Students will need their own camera and a computer for downloading and reviewing images. Through engaging lessons and diverse subject matter, participants will gain the skills to capture stunning photos and develop a keen eye for photography. This class is designed for photography enthusiasts with little to no prior experience but will also benefit those with some familiarity with photography.
