Summer Reading Program

Summer Reading Program

The Wayne County Public Libraries take an active role in helping Wayne’s youth thrive during the summer with loads of summer events. This year’s summer learning events revolve around “A Universe of Stories”! You’ll see all kinds of space themes in our activities. We’ve partnered with some great performers to do events at all the branches, so you’ll see some days where the same event has two or three time listings. In addition to scheduled events, we have passive learning games at all the branches and offer prizes for kids who keep summer reading logs. It takes a village to raise a child and a whole Universe to hold all the fun in store for this summer!

For more information or to register for this year's Summer Reading Program, please call your local library at numbers listed below, or email us at childrens.programming@waynegov.com
